The Bristow Police Department and the Creek County District Attorney’s Office requested Monday that OSBI investigate allegations that Bivins was having sexual contact with a student.Special agents investigated over a two-day period before making the arrest.“It’s adding one word in there where it talks, where they can and can’t live, just adding ‘victim’ right there along with schools and playgrounds,” said Danyelle.“Supposedly he paid his debt to society and as long as he’s not near a church or a daycare or where children gather, he’s free to do as he wishes,” said her dad.In 2004, Oklahoma man Harold English was arrested and eventually pleaded guilty to sexually abusing his step-niece, Danyelle Dyer.
Danyelle Dyer's uncle, Harold English, served time in prison for molesting her when she was a child. “I struggle with the emotions that it brings back and it brings back a lot of things I have put away for years that I don’t want to think about, and that I’ve kind of covered up and not spoken to many people about," said Dyer, who was protesting along with friends and family near the home where her uncle is living. I could not believe that the grandmother would let him move in, knowing what he had done to her," said friend Michele Dowdy.
Danyelle and her family say her uncle, Harold English, recently got out of prison and moved in with his mother whose property is just over the fence.
“When you have to see it, I can only imagine what it does to my daughter when she’s there and she has to witness it,” said Laurina Dyer. Very heartbreaking.” Hard for mom to talk about and even harder for dad.
Now, Dyer has to live next door to the man who pleaded guilty in 2005 to charges of lewd molestation.
“He’s like right there, practically in my backyard and that kind of makes me nervous and not want to go home ever,” Dyer told KFOR.
